A showroom for mixed use. As you can see, heavy use of spiral motifs as well as a spiral staircase. The layout of the place was such that one needed to use bending features to reduce the boring long views!

this surely looks modern... the staircase can be engineered , hope the women agree to climb them
parquet and the wall looks good... the wooden lines on the ceiling, palm trees outside and the sky is giving that Arabian nights feeling on the glazing tiles.....

wide view of the exterior... looks great.... and the spiral doors too... overall its really a masterpiece...... all thats left is some music and coffee...

btw.... whats the idea behind the checkers on the seatings....

Thanks man, you're right, some showrooms I did in Aali, they asked me to change the glass stairs for exactly the reason you mentioned!

Checks, well actually this is a weak piece of design and there was too much open space. So I needed to use a non uniform texture. I used checks. Not the most brilliant idea I admit.

Love everything about this--- except the glass staircase... everytime I see a glass staircase or floor in an architecture project It makes me want to put the designer in a skirt or kilt, drop them into their space along with fifty perverts.

But the concept is lovely... just that completely see-through floors are not practical
